My passion for cooking goes with the territory of being a Nutritional Therapist. I absolutely love cooking and eating healthily, but it is more than just the nutrition the food provides. Food should nourish the whole body, mind and soul. Cookery classes are a great way to get inspired and excited about healthy eating.
