ABOUT HELEN FORD

All You Need to Know

The main force behind Helen Ford Nutrition is a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals without faddy, unsustainable diets.

I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition in 2000 and have worked with Dr Marilyn Glenville and The Glenville Nutrition Clinic for over 16 years.

I am very passionate about nutrition and the therapeutic power of food to heal. I regularly run cookery workshops to help inspire, motivate and help people feel more confident in the kitchen.

My areas of interest include all aspects of women’s health such as PCOS, PMS, endometriosis, osteoporosis and menopause.

I love seeing my patients reach their health goals through practical dietary and lifestyle changes.
