I'm a registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in women's health. I help busy women reclaim their energy and simplify healthy eating without rigid diets or calorie counting. Over the past two decades I’ve supported hundreds of clients to balance hormones, reduce tiredness, improve sleep and regain confidence around food by focusing on practical habits, realistic meal patterns and personalised strategies that fit into demanding work and family lives.

I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition in 2000 and has worked at the Glenville Nutrition Clinic for over 19 years and currently with the award-winning Wild Nutrition.
